Клинико-электрофизиологические параллели при пароксизмальной атриовентрикулярной узловой реципрокной тахикардии у детей и лиц молодого возраста
Диссертация
Начиная с 1987 года сначала у взрослых, а с 1990 года у детей и подростков во всем мире для лечения ПАВУРТ стали использовать метод РЧА. В настоящее время РЧА преимущественно медленного пути АВ проведения у взрослых составляет 50% от всего числа процедур РЧА, у детей только 26%, причем существует ряд принципиальных особенностей и ограничений^ при проведении этой операции у детей (Бокерия JI.
