Электрофизиологические и молекулярные методы показали, что при инициации эпилептического статуса гиппокамп, МСО, амигдала и ПК активируются одними из первых и в дальнейшем участвуют в поддержании патологической активности. Кроме того, регистрация активности с-Роб на ранних этапах развития ЭС, позволила провести более масштабный анализ и выявить структуры, участвующие в инициации судорог. Так… Читать ещё >
