Хирургическое лечение аневризм внутренней сонной артерии в остром периоде субарахноидального кровоизлияния
Диссертация
При сравнительном анализе клинической картины разрыва аневризмы ВСА и ЦА других локализаций, отмечено более тяжелое состояние больных с разрывами аневризм ПСА, СМА, ВББ при поступлении и более выраженное угнетение уровня сознания. Это было обусловлено большей выраженностью кровоизлияния по шкале С. М. Fisher. При этом отмечалась меньшая встречаемость церебрального ангиоспазма при разрыве ЦА… Читать ещё >
