Механизм аутогенной регуляции rpsB-tsf-ouepoua высоко консервативен у у-протеобактерий. Не только структура промоторов, но и структура 5'-НТО rpsB мРНК консервативны у многих семейств, даже настолько удаленных как энтеробактерии и псевдомонады.
