Когнитивные нарушения и нейропротекция при кардиохирургических операциях в условиях искусственного кровообращения
Диссертация
У больных, исходно не имевших неврологической симптоматики, после кардиохирургических вмешательств (АКШ и протезирования клапанов сердца в условиях ИК) асимптомные инфаркты мозга встречаются в 5% случаев. Они локализуются в глубоких и субкортикальных отделах головного мозга и свидетельствуют о достоверном повреждающем действии интраоперационных факторов, прежде всего, длительности искусственного… Читать ещё >
