Во-первых, двухнедельная функциональная разгрузка задних конечностей, осуществляемая путём антиортостатического вывешивания крысы, оказывает существенное влияние на изучаемые параметры мышц — функциональных антагонистов, приводя к сдвигу этих показателей в ту или другую сторону на протяжении всего эксперимента.
