Магнитные свойства электроосажденных пленок и массивов наноструктур никеля
Диссертация
Для того чтобы увеличить плотность записи, необходимо создавать магнитные среды с перпендикулярной ориентацией намагниченности в них. Одним из возможных вариантов такой среды являются массивы магнитных нанопроволок в немагнитных матрицах. Было предсказано, что технология создания магнитных структур в упорядоченных массивах позволяет добиться 2 плотности хранения данных более чем 700 Гбит/дюйм… Читать ещё >
