Моделирование индивидуальных антигенных детерминант белков вируса гепатита С при помощи технологии фагового дисплея, анализ их антигенной и иммуногенной активности
Диссертация
Получены фаговые клоны, имитирующие антигенные детерминанты белков ВГС. Определены ключевые аминокислотные остатки 11 антигенных детерминант на белках core, NS3, NS4 и NS5, участвующие в связывании с антителами, установлена конформация 6 детерминант.
