Диссертация
Клиническое течение диабета у больных хроническим панкреатитом имеет свои особенности. Появление симптомов диабета обычно спустя несколько лет после начала болевых приступов позволяет говорить о вторичном характере поражения ипсулярного аппарата. Вторичный диабет при панкреатите, в особенности в начале заболевания, протекает легче первичного. Потребность в инсулине обычно сравнительно невысока… Читать ещё >
