Мезенхимальные стволовые клетки и регионарный лимфатический узел в процессе восстановления костной ткани нижней челюсти в эксперименте
Диссертация
Впервые проведено сравнительное исследование процессов регенерации в участке повреждения кости нижней челюсти крыс при естественном заживлении и после применения МСК. Показано, что через 1 неделю в дефекте кости среди фрагментов кровяного сгустка и грануляций формируются отдельные островки молодой костной ткани, через 2 недели дефект в кости нижней челюсти полностью замещается слившимися… Читать ещё >
