Молекулярно-генетическое исследование подверженности к коронарному атеросклерозу
Диссертация
Выявлено гаметическое неравновесие между парами несце л ленных генов, свидетельствующее о возможном участие этих комплексов как в формировании заболевания, так и в антиатерогепных процессах. В частности, такими комбинациями у больных коронарным атеросклерозом являются пары локусов ACE-F13B, ACE-PLAT, NOS3-F13B и др.
