Нейропсихотропные свойства веществ пептидной природы, влияющих на систему факторов роста нервной ткани
Диссертация
Для изучения нейропсихотропных свойств регуляторного гликопротеида ЭПО с целью его доставки в мозг была получена и охарактеризована наносомальная форма нсРЭЧ на основе PLGA. Показана способность полученных НЧ проникать через ГЭБ на модели ГИ, исследованы нейропсихотропные свойства и влияние нсРЭЧ на PLGA НЧ на кроветворение.
