Диссертация
Следует отметить, что 15 — 20 лет назад летальность при операциях ЭАЭ в сочетании с АКШ была в 4 — 5 раз выше, чем при операциях изолированного АКШ, но по мере накопления хирургического опыта, совершенствования методов защиты миокарда, количество осложнений при выполнении коронарной ЭАЭ и АКШ неуклонно снижалась, а проходимость шунтов к эндартерэктомизированным артериям увеличивалась.
