5-динитро, 4-хлорбензоилхлорид (1,0 г) растворили в толуоле (10 мл). Полученный раствор добавляли при интенсивном перемешивании в колбу, содержащую раствор 0,65 г L-фенилаланинола в 40 мл толуола и 2% раствор карбоната натрия в воде (50 мл).
