Профилактика и лечение осложнений антеградных рентгенэндобилиарных вмешательств у больных с механической желтухой опухолевой этиологии
Диссертация
Неадекватное дренирование желчи стало причиной инфекционных осложнений в 68,9% случаев. «Вклады» катетерных методик и эндопротезирования (как принципиально разных способов дренирования желчных протоков) в развитие инфекционных осложнений ЧЧРЭБВ оказались равными (15,7% и 15,8%, соответственно).
