Профилактика осложнений хронических сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний раннего послеоперационного периода после оперативных вмешательств на органах мочеполовой системы у мужчин
Диссертация
У 22,9% больных с АГ и опухолью почки (средний возраст больных составлял 44±4 года) после нефрэктомии регистрируется повышение АД. На фоне лечения антагонистами кальция амлодипином и нифедипином-ретард у данной категории больных достигнут целевой уровень АД, ингибиторы АПФ были неэффективны в монотерапии.
