Редокс-зависимые механизмы изменений функциональных свойств нейтрофилов при остром воспалении и окислительном стрессе
Диссертация
Установлено, что дисбаланс редокс-статуса тиолдисульфидной системы, возникающий при остром воспалении и окислительном стрессе in vitro вследствие блокады SH-rpynn 5 мМ N-этилмалеимидом (NEM), снижает функциональный статус нейтрофилов в отношении синтеза активных форм кислорода и продукции провоспалительных цитокинов (IL-8 и TNF-a) и сопровождается сохранением уровня глутатионилирования белков… Читать ещё >
