Регуляция дифференцировки клеток трансгенными нейротрофическими факторами
Диссертация
Разработан метод смешанных ксенотрансплантаций эмбриональных клеток крысы и нервных тканей трансгенных линий дрозофилы с геном gdnf под контролем промотора гена Изр70 дрозофилы и его регуляторной области. Обнаружено, что трансгенные клетки дрозофилы дифференцировались в нейральном направлении на границе трансплантатмозг реципиента. При этом они формировали контакты с окружающими нервными… Читать ещё >
