Диссертация
Известно, что ИБС имеет хроническое прогрессирующее течение, но нередко происходит внезапное изменение характера течения заболевания, проявляющееся нестабильностью клинического статуса больного. В таких случаях традиционная антиангинальная терапия нередко оказывается неэффективной и состояние больного требует применения оперативных вмешательств.
