В основе патогенеза ГВ лежат разнообразные нарушения клеточного и гуморального иммунитета. В сыворотке крови больных ГВ обнаруживаются антинейтрофильные цитоплазматические антитела (ANCA), реагирующие с некоторыми ферментами нейтрофилов (с протеиназой-3 (PR-3) и миелопероксидазой (МРО)).
