Исследования последних лет демонстрируют, что глутамат (анион глутаминовой кислоты), являясь основным возбуждающим медиатором в синапсах ЦНС млекопитающих (Ашмарин, Стукалов, 1996; Watkins, Evans, 1981; Fonnum 1984; Headley, Grillner, 1990) и в нервно-мышечных синапсах беспозвоночных (Lunt, Olsen, 1988), в достаточно высоких концентрациях присутствует и в нервно-мышечных соединениях позвоночных… Читать ещё >
