Сывороточное содержание растворимого С050 антигена, чья мембранная форма участвует в межклеточных взаимодействиях, связанных с инициацией иммунного ответа и формированием, в том числе, иммунного синапса, изменяется при многих иммуноопосредованных заболеваниях.
