Роль Y хромосомы и митохондриального генома в нарушении сперматогенеза
Диссертация
При разделении общей выборки больных по степени тяжести нарушения сперматогенеза нами было выделено три группы. В первую группу были отнесены пациенты с азооспермией, во вторую — с олигозооспермией тяжелой степени, в третью — мужчины с другими формами нарушения сперматогенеза. Частота делеции AZF региона Y хромосомы у больных с азооспермией составила 11,2%. Наиболее частой среди них оказалась… Читать ещё >
