Нам удалось показать, что такой субъединицей является Fra-2. Cal и сАМР усиливают PMA-индуцированный синтез Fra-2 и не влияют на синтез Jun D. Интересно, что индукция экспрессии гена Fra-2 полностью зависит от клеточной стимуляции — интактиые клетки PER-117 не содержат мРНК Fra-2. Здесь уместно вспомнить, что активация экспрессии гена ИЛ-5 невозможна без синтеза белка de novo. Это ставит ген ИЛ-5… Читать ещё >
