Женщинам с «андроидным» фенотипом СПКЯ, но без инсулинрезистентиости следует проводить терапию андрогенснижающими препаратами — Диане 35 в течение 6 месяцев, причем пациенткам с избыточной массой тела целесообразно дополнять это лечение диетой и лечебной физкультурой.
