Больным ХГ-С с криоглобулинемическим васкулитом показано исследование на выявление моноклональной гаммапатии в сыворотке крови (и мочи) методом иммунофиксации и моноклональных легких цепей методом free lite, поскольку КГ рассматривают как доброкачественную стадию В-клеточной лимфопролиферации, способную при длительной вирусной стимуляции трансформироваться через стадию моноклональной В-клеточной… Читать ещё >
