В этой связи актуальными остаются вопросы оптимизации анестезиологического пособия в обеспечении онкогинекологических вмешательств. Одним из возможных путей, является использование сочетанной методики на основе ингаляционного анестетика ксенона и инфузионной эпидуральной анальгезии, состоящей из смеси ропивакаина, фентанила, адреналина.
