Классическая чума свиней (КЧС) особо опасная, высоко контагиозная болезнь свиней, эпизоотии и вспышки которой регистрируют как в России, так и за рубежом. Несмотря на тенденцию к снижению количества вспышек болезнь наносит значительный экономический ущерб (6, 76,139,).
