Применение трансъюгулярного внутрипеченочного портосистемного шунтирования в лечении осложнений синдрома портальной гипертензии
Диссертация
Кровотечения из варикозно расширенных вен пишевода и желудка возникают у 1/3- больных циррозом печени и характеризуются серьезным прогнозом: около 30−50%. больных во время' первого эпизода кровотечения умирают в течение 6-ти недель. Повторное кровотечение развивается-в течение года у 25% больных с циррозом печени класса, А по Чайлду, у 50% с циррозом класса В и у 75% больных с классом С… Читать ещё >
