В работе был поставлен эксперимент по обрастанию покровных стекол микроорганизмами из воды литоральной части оз. Байкал в лабораторных условиях. Именно по этому эксперименту мы можем судить о количестве микроорганизмов в локальном месте Байкала, следовательно, и о возможности поступления органических веществ в то или иное место акватории оз.
