Роль Р2У-рецепторов в регуляции сократимости миокарда крыс в постнатальном онтогенезе

Большая часть Р2У-рецепторов (Р2У 1,2,4,6,11) связаны с Gq/ц-белком, который активирует фосфолипазу С образованием инозитолфосфата и увеличением Са2+ в клетке и последующим увеличением силы сокращения миокарда (Abbracchio et al., 2006; Talasila et al., 2009).
