Кинетику изотопного обмена С-а-протона аминокислот триптофаназой дикого типа и мутантными ферментами исследовали в 0,1 М калий-фосфатном буфере в БгО в присутствии 0,1 мМ пиридоксаль-5'-фосфата. Буферный раствор имел рН=7,4, что соответствовало рЭ=7,8 (142).
