Жизнеспособность фрагментов мицелия почвенных микроскопических грибов в разных экологических условиях
Диссертация
Обнаружено, что используемые в почвенных микробиологических анализах способы обработки образцов — ультразвуковое воздействие и взбалтывание на качалке — не одинаково влияют на способность к росту фрагментов мицелия и на уровень прорастания спор грибов, что может определять качественный и количественный состав учитываемых в посевах микроскопических грибов.
