В последние десятилетия опубликовано большое количество исследований, посвященных изучению патогенеза ГЭРБ. Авторами данных работ установлено, что у большинства больных ГЭРБ выявляется патологическое увеличение экспозиции желудочной соляной кислоты в дистальной части пищевода, напрямую связанное с нарушением функционального состояния нижнего пищеводного сфинктера как антирефлюксного барьера… Читать ещё >
