Распределение аминокислотных позиций в антигенных сайтах гемагглютинина вируса гриппа подтипа Н9 (штамм А/8″ уте/Ноп§ Коп£/9/98) резко отличается от распределения антигенно значимых позиций у других подтипов, исследованных к настоящему времени, что соответствует различиям в трехмерной структуре.
