Цитофизиологические аспекты возрастной устойчивости мягкой пшеницы к возбудителю бурой ржавчины Puccinia triticina Erikss
Диссертация
В наших исследованиях был использован набор изогенных линий сорта Тэтчер с генами возрастной устойчивости Lrl2, Lrl3, Lr22a, Lr34, Lr35, Lr37. Происхождение этих генов различно: ген Lr22a был перенесен в геном мягкой пшеницы от диплоидного предкового вида эгилопса Aegilops tauschii, ген Lr35 получен из A. speltoides (Mcintosh, 1995), ген Lr37 — от A. ventricosa (Dyck, 1988).
