В настоящее время установлено, что при ряде нейродегенеративных заболеваний (болезни Альцгеймера и Паркинсона, ишемических поражениях мозга) существенную патогенетическую роль играет глутаматергическая система мозга (Беспалов, Звартау, 2000).
