Имеющиеся в литературе данные свидетельствуют о том, что в регуляции апоптоза во время беременности важную роль играют ростовые факторы, одним из которых является TGFp. По данным одних авторов уровень TGFP при преэклампсии в крови повышается. Wilczynski J.R. выявил снижение содержания в периферической крови данного цитокина при гестозе.
