Наиболее часто — в 85% случаях, геморрагический инсульт представляет собой кровоизлияние по типу внутримозговой гематомы. Тактика лечения пациентов с нетравматическими внутримозговыми кровоизлияниями остается предметом споров и обсуждений врачами и учеными всего мира.
