Влияние ненуклеотидных вставок на субстратные и конформационные свойства ДНК-дуплексов

В представленной работе проведено исследование характера возмущений, вносимых в структуру ДНК-комплексов в результате введения ненуклеотидной вставки и приводящих к изменению субстратных и конформационных свойств модифицированных дуплексов ДНК. Показано, что ненуклеотидное выпетливание в составе ДНК-дуплекса приводит к изгибу основной оси модифицированного ДНК-фрагмента в месте введения остатка… Читать ещё >
