Диссертация
Трансуретральную резекцию предстательной железы перед НШи-терпии рекомендуется проводить пациентам с выраженной ифравезикальной обструкцией, с объемом предстательной железы более 40 см, а также при наличии кальцификатов в простате. При объеме резецируемой ткани пред ста-тельной железы более 30 см рекомендуется проведение НШи-терапии через месяц, а при меньшем объеме — одномоментно. Показанием… Читать ещё >
