N-терминальный про-мозговой натрийурический пептид у больных в раннем и отдаленном периодах инфаркта миокарда в зависимости от вида коронарного вмешательства
Диссертация
По данным Американского колледжа кардиологов, у ¾ пациентов перенесших первый ИМ в течение 5 лет наблюдается развитие ХСН. Несмотря на уменьшение частоты развития сердечной недостаточности (СН) в остром периоде ИМ, отмечается рост и сохранение значимости ХСН в отдаленные сроки.
