Диссертация
Тяжелая гипогликемия у животных с инсулинодефицитом, как и у первоначально здоровых животных, приводила к снижению уровня гликогена в печени. Однако количество полисахарида в печени диабетических крыс на момент развития гипогликемической комы значительно (в 5 раз) превышало величину показателя у исходно здоровых животных в состоянии комы.
