Болезнь Альцгеймера представляет собой сложный комплекс различных патогенных процессов, основными из которых являются накопление амилоидных бляшек и нейрофибрил, дефицит холинергической передачи, гибель нейронов, снижение количества ростовых факторов, нарушение когнитивных функций.
