Диссертация
Кчислу углеводов, транспортируемых при помощи ФТС, относится глюкоза. Известно, что добавление глюкозы или других углеводов в среду роста вызывает резкое подавление индуцибельного синтеза белков. Этот эффект связан с тем, что в присутствии глюкозы потребность в углероде и энергии полностью удовлетворяется этим углеводом, что делает ненужным расщепление для этих целей других соединений.
