Влияние поверхностно-активных веществ и полисахаридов на ферментативную активность растительной фосфолипазы D
Диссертация
Впервые установлено, что полисахариды оказывают заметный эффект на функционирование фосфолипазы D. Показано, что в отличие от низкомолекулярных ПАВ анионный полисахарид оказывал ингибирующий эффект, тогда как катионные полисахариды и ПАВ взаимодействовали с фосфолипазой D различным образом.
