Влияние температуры на теоретическую прочность алюминия, меди, кремния на сдвиг и графена при растяжении
Диссертация
Арреииусовская зависимость от температуры среднего времени до разрушения графена под действием растягивающих напряжений и результаты расчета зависимости энергии активации разрушения от степени деформации. Результаты оценки, показывающие, что при комнатной температуре лист графена с размерами около 1 мм может просуществовать без разрыва порядка одного года при степени растяжения не более 8−13… Читать ещё >
