- — Выявлены аллельные варианты промоторной области гена APT-1 (однонуклеотидный полиморфизм Fas-670A/G) в клетках опухолевого очага больных раком толстого кишечника методом прямого определения нуклеотидной последовательности.
- — При разработке метода аллельспецифической ПЦР для анализа однонуклеотидного полиморфизма -670A/G промоторного участка гена Fas подобран оптимальный температурный режим (62єС), количество циклов ПЦР (45) и специфические праймеры.
