T he specified characteristics lead to development of original Internet etiquette which comprises private rules of dialogue. In this paper work some features business dialogue by Internet that is common for the western countries and Russia are revealed. D espite the fact that the form of Internet dialogue becomes universal, nevertheless it is observed some features caused by distinctions in mentality.
