Стоит отметить, что большинство работ по спортивной иммунологии направлено на изучение изменения параметров иммунной системы людей под воздействием физической нагрузки вне зависимости от уровня их спортивной квалификации и степени подготовленности. - Объект внедрения: Методика определения функциональной подготовленности спортсменов на основании изучения соотношения лейкоцитарных популяций при физической нагрузке.

- Эффект внедрения: Данная методика дает возможность точно определить уровень адаптационных изменений организма спортсмена к воздействию физической нагрузки, что значительно улучшает производительность тренировок.
